We need to format the data from the crowd sourced links to be able to add it to the database. We've created a staging spreadsheet where the information is collected and formatted

ℹ️ Instructions:

  1. Visit the staging data spreadsheet: https://bit.ly/3egaYxF

  2. Make sure you are on the "Sources" sheet. You will see a list of sources there.

  3. Select one that is marked as Pending

  4. Change status to In Progress

  5. In the Completed By column note down your name

  6. Visit the source link and gather all the information related to the category. For example, in this case: the category is Remdesivir so you will note down everything related to Remdesivir.

  7. Go to the specific category sheet. "Remdesivir" in this case.

  8. Check how the data is organized in this sheet and start populating it.

  9. ‼️Do not create additional columns. If you have something note-worthy to add to the column, please add it in the "Note" column

  10. Once you are done with adding in the data from that source, go back to the "Sources" sheet and change the status to Completed. Note down the completed on date and time. Here's an example:

Someone from the team will move this over to the live site at the end of the day.
